At your visit I will provide a new balloon (epi-No) to use and take home.

We will go over the breath bio-mechanics to optimize the pelvic outlet. Using my digits, I will give you pressure to breath into and cues to learn to physically relax your pelvic muscles. Once we accomplish that we can move onto inserting the balloon.

How the bulb can help:
1. Stretch to relax the peri area, learn to use counter pressure, stretch to the pelvic floor muscles and relax with physical stress.
2. Releasing the balloon out with breath and muscle lengthen technique and find different positions to lengthen muscles to expel the balloon.

I will give you the balloon to take home and stretches/exercises for home.
